Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and debit cards. Although all gratuities are greatly appreciated, they must be paid in cash or check written directly to your stylist only. Gratuities may not be added to your credit card.
Lateness, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Please allow time for parking and public transportation to arrive at your scheduled service time. Clients arriving over 15 minutes late for appointments may have to be rescheduled in order to respect the schedule of others.
We require that you provide 24 hours advance notice of appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Otherwise, half your service total will be billed to your credit card on file.
Pet Policy:
We love pets. However, pets are prohibited in the salon due to California State law. Exceptions are for the sight impaired who may be accompanied by their working dog.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available for purchase at the reception desk or by phone.
